OVERVIEW

Thursday, January 29th, 2026 the MitoRevolution team participated in an Indigenous Engagement Workshop, where they deepened their understanding of ethical research, healthcare equity, and Indigenous sovereignty in medical practice.

The day began with a ceremonial welcome, followed by sessions from our three speakers: Dr, Mikaela Gabriel, Dr. Janet Smylie, Dr. Meagan Hamilton.
